Helps with sleep
I have really enjoyed the citrus shot and am looking forward to trying the tigers blood. It is very fast acting, and takes the edge off enough to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. I wake up feeling well-rested instead of groggy. Great product.

Better than the rest
My mornings are better, I’m more aware during the day and my evenings are even better. I’ve almost completely cut out alcohol. I prefer the citrus 750ml shots but will drink a seltzer from time to tim (Watermelon Kiwi is my favorite). I’ve tried multiple other brands but nothing matches the flavor+effect I get from Grind.
